Who are the DSAs, and what benefit returns to them?
A “Direct Sales Agent” (DSA) or “Consultant” refers to any individual or company that provides financial advisory services or sells any financing products on behalf of ALAIN FINANCE P.J.S.C., including but not limited to “personal loans,” “credit cards,” and/or “corporate loan facilities.”
All DSAs are compensated solely by AAF through commission or percentage based on successfully completed facilities. Customers are not responsible for paying any fee or commission to any DSA, whether directly or indirectly. Accordingly, customers' obligations are strictly limited to fees and charges explicitly payable to AAF.
Customers may visit AAF’s official website or any of the authorized company branches, and the specialized relationship manager will provide guidance on applying for loan application forms, understanding the customer’s financial situation, and recommending suitable loan options.
